If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, in which case the terms "User", "you" or "your" shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not access and use the Website and Services. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and the Operator, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Website and Services.

Accounts are individual and may not be shared with other developers. It is forbidden to have multiple accounts to increase the limit of the basic plan.
The data we provide is obtained from partners, it is prohibited to resell this data to third parties or to use the services provided for illegal purposes. If you have any doubts about how you would like to use it, you can contact us directly by email.
We reserve the right to block any account in the event of non-payment, non-compliance with our regulations on the use of our data or these terms of use in general.

Accounts and membership

If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor and review new accounts before you may sign in and start using the Services. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. We may suspend, disable, or delete your account (or any part thereof) if we determine that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage our reputation and goodwill. If we delete your account for the foregoing reasons, you may not re-register for our Services. We may block your email address and Internet protocol address to prevent further registration.

Links to other resources

Although the Website and Services may link to other resources (such as websites, mobile applications, etc.), we are not, directly or indirectly, implying any approval, association, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with any linked resource, unless specifically stated herein. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of, any businesses or individuals or the content of their resources. We do not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, services, and content of any other third parties. You should carefully review the legal statements and other conditions of use of any resource which you access through a link on the Website and Services. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms relating to the Website and Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Website. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Website and Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Website and Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to access or use the Website and Services.

Service & data

Although our servers are maintained by professional hosting company, we cannot be held responsible for the absence / update of data due to downtime of the servers or any other reason that would result in undiscounted data.

We are not responsible for how you use the feed or the consequences of the use of our data. The data is provided as is and without any guarantee. Please understand that this data is fed automatically by different feeds and also by human beings and may contain various types of errors. However, we do our best to keep the quality of the data as high as possible. If you ever find inconsistencies or bugs you can report them directly to our support tool.

We do not hold responsibility for any financial or other losses or damages incurred through the use or termination of our services and data, including but not limited to damages caused by a commercial loss, a loss of benefits, a loss on anticipated earnings, winnings or other profit, interruption of business, loss of commercial information, or any other pecuniary and or consecutive loss.

Subscription

To subscribe to our API you can either pass:
With PayPal direclty on our dashboard
With RapidApi platform (In the case, you must create an account on their platform. They are in charge of your access and the management of payments)
RapidAPI is an API Marketplace through which you can subscribe to our API, in this case they are in charge of your account, your payments and your access to the API.

API data are the same regardless of the subscription chosen.
The terms of payment, renewal and cancellation are not the same depending on the method of subscription to our API.

Plans & Payments

SUBSCRIPTION WITH RAPIDAPI :
Prices are based on a recurring monthly subscription based on the plan selected and overage fees may be applied when a user that exceeds a plan’s quota limits. It is important to read and understand a plan's limit before subscribing.
Your access to the API is automatically renewed every month on the day of your subscription.
Daily Quota Limit Reset :
The daily quota period starts at your time of subscription and ends 24 hours from that time. For instance, if you subscribed to our API at 11:30:15 UTC on June 2, your daily quota will reset at 11:30:15 UTC each day.
Unsubscribing and resubscribing
Charges once a subscription is made. If you subscribe to Example API's PRO plan, unsubscribe, then re-subscribe to Example API's PRO plan again, you would be charged twice.

SUBSCRIPTION WITH PAYPAL :
Subscriptions via paypal are prepaid access to the API for a period agreed between the user and Api-basketball.
Users who have opted for prepaid payment by paypal, will have access to the API for the period that has been agreed.
Once the defined period has expired, your access to the API will be switched to the free plan. You can re-subscribe at any time from the dashboard provided.
Daily Quota Limit Reset :
The daily quota period starts at 00:00:00 UTC. For instance, if you subscribed to our API at 11:30:15 UTC on June 2, your daily quota will reset at 00:00:00 UTC each day. Unused requests are lost.

Overages

SUBSCRIPTION WITH RAPIDAPI :
An overage ensues when you go over a quota for your API plan.
It is your responsibility to review and monitor for the plan’s usage limitations. You are required to keep track of your quota usage to prevent overages. You can do this by tracking the number of API calls you make and checking the rapidApi dashboard for up-to-date usage statistics.
No refund can be requested for these costs.
Overage fees allow developers to continue using our API once a quota limit is reached and give them time to upgrade their plan based on projected future use. In case of abuse or suspicious activity, we can may temporarily block your acces.

SUBSCRIPTION WITH PAYPAL :
It is not possible to exceed the quota limit with a payment by paypal, when your quota limit is reached, your account will be suspended for the rest of the day. You can check your quota limit in the dashboard or by calling the endpoint 'status'.

Upgrade/downgrade API plans

SUBSCRIPTION WITH RAPIDAPI :
Depending on your usage, you may need to upgrade or downgrade your API plan.
In order to change your API, you have to unsubscribe to your existing plan and subscribe to a new one. You can contact us to inquire about any refunds associated with upgrading or downgrading. (the old plan will be refund pro rata to its use).
This request must be made by email, this is not automatic.

SUBSCRIPTION WITH PAYPAL :
You can change the Plan directly on the dashboard at any time.
By upgrading to another plan, only the plan and the number of requests per day will be updated, the end date of your subscription will remain the same. You only pay the price difference between the two plans minus what you already used on the old plan.
The plan upgrades take into account the discounts obtained during your subscription and the same discount is applied when calculating the price.
Plan upgrades are final and it is not possible to downgrade to a smaller plan.

Update API pricing plans

We can may occasionally update our pricing plans.
However, you will remain subscribed to the version of the plan you were subscribed to.
We do this to protect developers and make sure that the terms and conditions that they had agreed to do not change.
If you do want to subscribe to the most recent plan, you would need to unsubscribe from your plan and then re-subscribe to the new plan.

Cancellation

SUBSCRIPTION WITH RAPIDAPI :
You can cancel your subscription at any time, the system will not charge you for the following billing cycle and your access is immediately cancelled.
In case of cancellation, the paid amount can not be refunded, each month started must be paid in full.

SUBSCRIPTION WITH PAYPAL :
Subscriptions by Paypal are not cancelable, your access will be active until the end of the term decided at the time of your subscription. The paid amount can not be refunded.

Availability of data

While we do our best to present all data from all our games, the availability of this data is not guaranteed and may vary depending on the competition.
The data available for each competition can be viewed in the coverage tab of our website or directly via the API via the leagues endpoint. This information is updated regularly but does not guarantee the availability of this data.

Data/Logos/images

All logos/images are copyrighted by their legal owner. We only provide the sources. Some data may also be copyrighted or restricted in some countries. What you do with it is your own responsibility. To display these types of content in your app or website you must ensure that your use of them complies with the legal framework and you have to arrange the proof of intellectual property yourself.

Newsletter

By registering on our site (https://dashboard.api-football.com), you are likely to receive emails from us regarding the status of your account, for example when a subscription ends we send you an email to notify you. We may also send you "promotional emails". This feature can be disabled directly on the "profile" page of the dashboard.
